Morgan is a genuine, creative and enthusiastic psychologist who is passionate about supporting children, adolescents and their key adults to strive towards lives and relationships that are meaningful for them. Morgan’s key areas of interest are working with adolescents, and parents, but she works with young people of all ages, stages and areas of need. Morgan works from a predominantly ecological systems perspective and believes that the best way to scaffold her clients for success is to work collaboratively with them and their support system. This paired with her eclectic therapy style that is informed by evidence-based approaches enables her to tailor therapy and recommendations to the individual’s unique needs. 

Morgan is familiar with providing assessment, intervention, support and psychoeducation for a wide range of presentations, including but not limited to - Anxiety, Depression, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disabilities, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Challenging Behaviours, Emotional Dysregulation, Self-esteem, Attachment Disorders, Trauma-Stressor Disorders, Specific Learning Disorders, Learning challenges, etc.

Morgan loves to celebrate neurodiversity and believes that every person - regardless of their age, gender, sexuality, ethnicity, cultural background or way of viewing/engaging with the world - deserves to feel safe and proud of being their authentic selves.

Fun Facts

  • When not working for Close Knit Psychology, Morgan works as the Senior Psychologist for Star Health’s NDIS Paediatric Therapy Team. This has provided familiarity with the NDIS Funding system, Access and Reviews.

  • Morgan has a miniature Schnoodle called Finlay (aka ‘Finny’). Finny is a very clever, cheeky, and enthusiastic dog. He still has a lot to learn but Morgan hopes one day he can develop the skills to become a registered Therapy Dog!
